Staying at the ryad was an unforgettable experience filled with warmth and relaxation. The hospitality was outstanding, with staff going above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The rooftop was pure bliss, providing a tranquil escape. However, we would have appreciated additional amenities in the rooms to enhance our stay further.

Rooms
8.0
The rooms were beautiful and comfortable, perfect for unwinding after a long day. However, there were some limitations, such as the lack of tea and coffee facilities and heating or ventilation in the bathroom. Despite this, I still found the overall ambiance delightful.
Service
10.0
The level of service was exceptional. Naima and the team were incredibly helpful, handling our excursions, and making us feel welcomed every day. They consistently checked in on us and provided excellent recommendations for our adventures.
Location
9.0
The ryad is conveniently located just on the edge of the old town, making it easy to explore the bustling areas without getting overwhelmed by the noise. It can be a bit tricky navigating through the small alleys, but it feels safe and secure.
Dining
9.0
Dining at the ryad was a treat! The meals were delicious, especially the lamb and chicken tagine we enjoyed. The breakfast offerings were varied and fresh, leaving us satisfied to start our day.
Facilities
9.0
The hammam and massage facilities were a highlight of our stay, contributing immensely to our relaxation. The rooftop terrace was a lovely spot for evening relaxation.

I had a wonderful time at Ryad Amiran and Spa! The staff was so attentive and went out of their way to ensure we had a great experience. The location was perfect—close to main attractions but still quiet. The only downside was the excursions were a bit pricey, but we could easily eat local for less just around the corner.

Rooms
8.0
The room was a nice standard size with a comfortable bed, and I appreciated the fridge and storage space. However, it was a bit smaller than I anticipated.
Service
10.0
The service was exceptional! Naima and the other staff members were incredibly helpful with arranging our tours and answering questions. It felt like they truly cared about our stay.
Location
9.0
The ryad is tucked away in a lovely residential area, which allowed us to experience local life. It's about a 10-20 minute walk to the market, and while it can be tricky to navigate the alleys, it felt safe and charming.
Dining
9.0
Breakfast was delicious with plenty of bread-based options, and they happily accommodated requests for omelettes and fresh fruit. It was a pleasant way to start each day.
Facilities
7.0
The facilities were nice, including a rooftop terrace that felt tranquil. The small hammam was a cozy addition, although it could be improved.

I had a delightful experience at Ryad Amiran, where I appreciated the authentic Moroccan atmosphere and the opportunity to feel like a local. The rooms were cozy and comfortable, and I enjoyed the warm hospitality from the staff. However, the dining options felt a bit pricey compared to local eateries, and the Wi-Fi connection in the room was not great. Overall, it was a charming stay with a few minor drawbacks.

Rooms
7.0
The rooms were charming and comfortable but lacked some amenities like tea and coffee facilities. The bathroom had some drainage issues, and the pillows could use an upgrade.
Service
6.0
The staff was kind and helpful, always ready to assist. However, the service could be overwhelming at times with constant offers for excursions.
Location
8.0
The ryad is tucked away in a residential area, which is great for an authentic experience, but navigating the tiny alleys can be tricky. It's close enough to local attractions while providing a quieter atmosphere.
Dining
6.0
The breakfast was traditional and enjoyable but could have offered more variety. I found the costs of food and drinks at the ryad to be higher than local options.
Facilities
7.0
The ryad offered a lovely courtyard and a small hammam, which added to the charm, but the overall facilities could use some modernization.

My stay at this hotel was a mix of good and bad experiences. The staff were genuinely supportive and caring when I fell ill, which I truly appreciated. The hotel itself is charming, filled with interesting decor, but while the rooms are scattered in lovely gardens, they did lack certain amenities like tea and coffee facilities. The location is a bit challenging to navigate, especially for taxis, but it’s somewhat quaint. However, the dining options and overall value for money fell short significantly.

Rooms
6.0
The room I was given was quite charming but lacked some basic amenities. There were no tea and coffee facilities, and the bathroom didn’t have adequate ventilation.
Service
8.0
The staff were excellent and very supportive, coming to my aid during my illness, but the overall service lacked proper communication.
Location
5.0
The hotel is tucked away in a maze of backstreets, which made getting there a bit sketchy and difficult for local taxis.
Dining
5.0
Breakfast was quite limited, just pancakes and bread every day, which wasn’t very satisfying. A bit more variety would have been nice.
Facilities
5.0
The hotel had pleasant gardens, but other facilities seemed lackluster and didn't live up to the expectations set by the hotel’s promotion.
